1. The Philippine Science High School SOCCSKSARGEN Region Campus, through the NATIONAL
EXPENDITURE PROGRAM OF CY 2020 intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION SEVEN
HUNDRED FORTY-THREE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED THIRTY-TWO PESOS ONLY
(P 1, 743, 132.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for payments under the
contract of Janitorial and Manpower Services with Contract No. 2019-10-252. Bids received in
excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The PHILIPPINE SCIENCE HIGH SCHOOL- SOCCSKSARGEN REGION CAMPUS, now invites
bids for the PROCUREMENT OF JANITORIAL AND MANPOWER SERVICES FOR CY
2020 (Early Procurement-Short of Award). Delivery of the Goods and Services is required from
January 01 - December 31, 2020. Bidders should have completed, within THREE (3) YEARS from the
date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible
bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.

• 1. The Philippine Science High School SOCCSKSARGEN Region Campus, through the GENERAL APPROPRIATIONS ACT OF FY 2019 (RA 11260) intends to apply the sum of FIVE MILLION PESOS ONLY (P 5, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for payments under the contract for the purchase of MINI BUS with Contract No. 2019-07-125. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

  2. The PHILIPPINE SCIENCE HIGH SCHOOL- SOCCSKSARGEN REGION CAMPUS, now invites bids for the PROCUREMENT OF MINI BUS. Delivery of the Goods is required Sixty (60) calendar days upon the receipt of the Purchase Order. Bidders should have completed, within THREE (3) YEARS from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.   3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.

  Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, partnerships, or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines, and to citizens or organizations of a country the laws or regulations of which grant similar rights or privileges to Filipino citizens, pursuant to RA 5183.
