INVITATION TO BID FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF SCIENCE RESEARCH FACILITY
1. The PHILIPPINE SCIENCE HIGH SCHOOL – SOCCSKSARGEN REGION CAMPUS, through the GENERAL APPROPRIATIONS ACT OF FY 2020 (RA 11465) intends to apply the sum of FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS Only (P 500,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the CONSTRUCTION OF SCIENCE RESEARCH FACILITY with Contract No. SRC INFRA 2020-03-041. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The PHILIPPINE SCIENCE HIGH SCHOOL – SOCCSKSARGEN REGION CAMPUS now invites bid for the CONSTRUCTION OF SCIENCE RESEARCH FACILITY. Completion of the Works is required for 90 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract SIMILAR TO THE PROJECT. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instruction to Bidders.
NOTICE OF SECOND NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT (1 FAILED NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT, TWO FAILED COMPETITIVE PUBLIC BIDDING) PROCUREMENT OF SECURITY SERVICES FOR CY 2020
1. The Philippine Science High School SOCCSKSARGEN Region Campus, through the GENERAL APPROPRIATIONS ACT OF FY 2020 (RA 11465) intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION SEVEN HUNDRED FIFTY-SIX THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED FIFTY-THREE AND 28/100 PESOS ONLY (P 1, 756, 853.28) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for the PROCUREMENT of SECURITY SERVICES FOR CY 2020 with Contract No. 2020-03-042. Offer/Proposal received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the best and final offer.
2. In view of the two (2) failed public biddings and one (1) failed Negotitiated Procurement, the PHILIPPINE SCIENCE HIGH SCHOOL- SOCCSKSARGEN REGION CAMPUS (PSHS-SRC) Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) invites contractors to participate in the negotiation of the abovementioned project in accordance with Section 53.1 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) No. 9184, otherwise known as the "Government Procurement Act." Delivery of the Goods and Services is required from April 01 - December 31, 2020. Bidders should have completed, within THREE (3) YEARS from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
