1. The Philippine Science High School SOCCSKSARGEN Region Campus, through the GENERAL APPROPRIATIONS ACT OF FY 2020 (RA 11465) intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION  NINE HUNDRED FIFTY-TWO THOUSAND FIFTY-NINE AND 20/100 PESOS ONLY (P 1, 952, 059.20) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for the PROCUREMENT of SECURITY SERVICES FOR CY 2020 with Contract No. 2020-01-017. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

In view of the two (2) failed public biddings, the PHILIPPINE SCIENCE HIGH SCHOOL- SOCCSKSARGEN REGION CAMPUS (PSHS-SRC) Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) invites the following contractors listed below to participate in the negotiation of the abovementioned project in accordance with Section 53.1 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) No. 9184, otherwise known as the "Government Procurement Act." Delivery of the Goods and Services is required from March 01 - December 31, 2020. Bidders should have completed, within THREE (3) YEARS from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The PHILIPPINE SCIENCE HIGH SCHOOL – SOCCSKSARGEN REGION CAMPUS, through the GENERAL APPROPRIATIONS ACT OF FY 2020 (RA 11465) intends to apply the sum of NINE MILLION THREE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS Only (P 9,300,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the INSTALLATION OF POWER, DISTRIBUTION LINE AND COMMUNICATION SYSTEMS with Contract No. SRC INFRA 2020-01-013. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The PHILIPPINE SCIENCE HIGH SCHOOL – SOCCSKSARGEN REGION CAMPUS now invites bid for the INSTALLATION OF POWER, DISTRIBUTION LINE AND COMMUNICATION SYSTEMS . Completion of the Works is required for 120 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract SIMILAR TO THE PROJECT. 3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (RA 9184), otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.

Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, partnerships, or organizations with at least seventy-five percent (75%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines.
