1. The PHILIPPINE SCIENCE HIGH SCHOOL – SOCCSKSARGEN REGION CAMPUS, through the GENERAL APPROPRIATIONS ACT OF FY 2020 (RA 11465) intends to apply the sum of SEVEN MILLION FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS Only (P 7, 500,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the SITE DEVELOPMENT - RE-BIDDING with Contract No. SRC INFRA 2019-11-255. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The PHILIPPINE SCIENCE HIGH SCHOOL – SOCCSKSARGEN REGION CAMPUS now invites bid for the SITE DEVELOPMENT - RE-BIDDING. Completion of the Works is required for 180 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract SIMILAR TO THE PROJECT. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instruction to Bidders.

3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (RA 9184), otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.

1. The Philippine Science High School SOCCSKSARGEN Region Campus, through the NATIONAL
EXPENDITURE PROGRAM OF CY 2020 intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION ONE
HUNDRED THIRTY-SEVEN THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED FORTY-SIXTY AND 96/100
PESOS ONLY (P 2, 137, 446.96) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for payments
under the contract of Security Services with Contract No. 2019-12-270. Bids received in excess of
the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The PHILIPPINE SCIENCE HIGH SCHOOL- SOCCSKSARGEN REGION CAMPUS, now invites
bids for the PROCUREMENT OF SECURITY SERVICES FOR CY 2020 - RE-BDIING (Early
Procurement-Short of Award) . Delivery of the Goods and Services is required from February 01 -
December 31, 2020. Bidders should have completed, within THREE (3) YEARS from the date of
submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is
contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.

3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary
“pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of
Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.
Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, partnerships, or organizations with at least
sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines, and to
citizens or organizations of a country the laws or regulations of which grant similar rights or privileges
to Filipino citizens, pursuant to RA 5183.
