4. Interested bidders may obtain further information from PHILIPPINE SCIENCE HIGH SCHOOL – SOCCSKSARGEN REGION CAMPUS and inspect and purchase the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 8:00 A.M. – 5:00 P.M (Monday- Friday).
5. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested Bidders on January 31-February 24, 2020 from PHILIPPINE SCIENCE HIGH SCHOOL – SOCCSKSARGEN REGION CAMPUS in its BAC OFFICE located at the Second Floor-Administration Building, PSHS- SRC, Brgy. Paraiso, City of Koronadal and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee for the Bidding Documents in the amount of Five Thousand Pesos & 00/100 (P 5,000.00)
It may also be downloaded from the website of the Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS) and the website of the Procuring Entity, provided that bidders shall pay the applicable fee for the Bidding Documents not later than the submission of their bids.
6. The PHILIPPINE SCIENCE HIGH SCHOOL – SOCCSKSARGEN REGION CAMPUS will hold a Pre-Bid Conference on February 10, 2020 at 2:00 PM in the BAC OFFICE located at the Second Floor-Administration Building, PSHS- SRC, Brgy. Paraiso, City of Koronadal which shall be open to prospective bidders
7. Bids must be duly received by the BAC Secretariat at the address below on or before February 24, 2020 at 2:00 PM in the BAC OFFICE located at the Second Floor-Administration Building, PSHS- SRC, Brgy. Paraiso, City of Koronadal. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in ITB Clause 18.
8. Bid Opening shall be on February 24, 2020 at 2:01 PM in the BAC OFFICE of the Philippine Science High School – SOCCSKSARGEN Region Campus located at the Second Floor-Administration Building, PSHS- SRC, Brgy. Paraiso, City of Koronadal. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the abovementioned address. Late bids shall not be accepted.
9. The PHILIPPINE SCIENCE HIGH SCHOOL – SOCCSKSARGEN REGION CAMPUS reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to annul the bidding process, and to reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
