Dress Code: Long sleeves and pants in support to DOH 4s Campaign Against Dengue

What to Bring:
• Appropriate set of clothes and footwear to suffice the 3-day camp
• Tea candle (1) and a medium-sized paper bag (1) for each camper
• Laptops for final presentation (optional)
• Personal writing materials for note-taking (optional)
• Mosquito/ insect repellant
• Flashlight
• Set of bedding
• Jacket/raincoat/umbrella
• Water bottle
• Medications
• All white outfit for the Welcome Party and Scholar’s Pledge Night

Please be advised that the meals of the campers will not be shouldered by the school. Meals will be available for purchase at the school canteen.

 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for each lot. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each item shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 

  1. The PHILIPPINE SCIENCE HIGH SCHOOL- SOCCSKSARGEN REGION CAMPUS, now invites bids for the PROCUREMENT OF MUSICAL INSTRUMENTS AND EQUIPMENT- RE- BIDDING. Delivery of the Goods is required Sixty (60) calendar days upon the receipt of the Purchase Bidders should have completed, within THREE (3) YEARS from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders. 
  1. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”. 

Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, partnerships, or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines, and to citizens or organizations of a country the laws or regulations of which grant similar rights or privileges to Filipino citizens, pursuant to RA 5183.
