1. The Philippine Science High School- SOCCSKSARGEN Region Campus, through the National
Expenditure Program of CY 2019, intends to apply the amount of TWENTY- NINE MILLION
SEVEN HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS Only (P 29, 700, 000.00) being the Approved
Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the Contract No. SRC INFRA 2019-001.
Bids received in excess of the ABC for each item shall be automatically rejected at bid
opening.

2. In view of the two (2) failed public biddings, the Philippine Science High School –
SOCCSKSARGEN REGION CAMPUS (PSHS-SRC) Bids and Awards Committee (BAC)
invites interested bidders to participate in the negotiation for the COMPLETION OF MULTIPURPOSE
GYMNASIUM in accordance with Section 53.1 of the Implementing Rules and
Regulations (IRR) No. 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Act.”
Completion of works required is One Hundred Eighty (180) calendar days. Bidders should
have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of
offers/proposals, a contract similar to the project, specifically VERTICAL GYMNASIUM
STRUCTURES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MULTI-PURPOSE GYMNASIUM,
WAREHOUSES AND GRANDSTAND.

1. The PHILIPPINE SCIENCE HIGH SCHOOL – SOCCSKSARGEN REGION CAMPUS, through the NATIONAL EXPENDITURE PROGRAM OF CY 2019 intends to apply the sum of THREE MILLION PESOS Only (P 3,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the SITE DEVELOPMENT - RE-BIDDING with Contract No. SRC INFRA 2019-002. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The PHILIPPINE SCIENCE HIGH SCHOOL – SOCCSKSARGEN REGION CAMPUS now invites bid for the SITE DEVELOPMENT - RE-BIDDING. Completion of the Works is required for 90 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract SIMILAR TO THE PROJECT. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instruction to Bidders.
