NOTICE OF NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT (TWO FAILED COMPETITIVE PUBLIC BIDDING) PROCUREMENT OF SECURITY SERVICES FOR CY 2019
EXPENDITURE PROGRAM OF CY 2019 intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION SEVEN HUNDRED TWENTY- EIGHT
THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED THIRTY- EIGHT PESOS AND 52/100 (P 1,728,938.52) being the Approved Budget for
the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract no. SRC Goods 2019- 001. Bids received in excess of the
ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
CAMPUS (PSHS-SRC) Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) invites interested bidders to participate in the
negotiation for the PROCUREMENT OF SECURITY SERVICES FOR CY 2019 in accordance with Section 53.1 of
the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) No. 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement
Act.” Delivery of the Goods is required on January 1- December 31, 2019. Bidders should have completed,
within THREE (3) YEARS from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The

INVITATION TO BID FOR THE COMPLETION OF MULTI- PURPOSE GYMNASIUM
1. The PHILIPPINE SCIENCE HIGH SCHOOL – SOCCSKSARGEN REGION CAMPUS, through the NATIONAL EXPENDITURE PROGRAM OF CY 2019 intends to apply the sum of TWENTY- NINE MILLION SEVEN HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS Only (P 29, 700, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for COMPLETION OF MULTI-PURPOSE GYMNASIUM with Contract No. SRC INFRA 2019-001. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The PHILIPPINE SCIENCE HIGH SCHOOL – SOCCSKSARGEN REGION CAMPUS now invites bid for the COMPLETION OF MULTIPURPOSE GYMNASIUM. Completion of the Works is required for 180 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract SIMILAR TO A GYMNASIUM. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instruction to Bidders.
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (RA 9184), otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.
Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, partnerships, or organizations with at least seventy-five percent (75%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines.
