1. The Philippine Science High School SOCCSKSARGEN Region Campus, through the General Appropriations Act of FY 2017 (RA 10924) intends to apply the amount of TWO MILLION NINE HUNDRED SIXTY SEVEN THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (Php 2,967,000) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for SRC GOODS 2017-073, PROCUREMENT OF INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATIONS TECHNOLOGY (ICT) EQUIPMENT 2017. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each item shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. In view of the two (2) failed public biddings, the Philippine Science High School – SOCCSKSARGEN REGION CAMPUS (PSHS-SRC) Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) invites interested bidders to participate in the negotiation for the PROCUREMENT OF INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATIONS TECHNOLOGY (ICT) EQUIPMENT 2017 in accordance with Section 53.1 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) No. 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Act.” Delivery of the Goods is required Thirty (30) calendar days upon receipt of the Purchase Order. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of offers/proposals, a contract similar to the project. The following are the items and its description:

 1. The Philippine Science High School SOCCSKSARGEN Region Campus through the General Appropriations Act 10924 of CY 2018 intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION SEVEN HUNDRED TEN THOUSAND SIXTEEN PESOS AND 92/100 ONLY (P 1,710,016.92) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Security Services with Contract No. SRC-GOODS-2018-001. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Philippine Science High School SOCCSKSARGEN Region Campus now invites bids for Procurement of Security Services for CY 2018. Delivery of the Goods and Services is required January 1, 2018 – December 31, 2018. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the project.
