1. The Philippine Science High School SOCCSKSARGEN Region Campus, through the General Appropriations Act of FY 2017 (RA 10924) intends to apply the amount of FIVE MILLION PESOS ONLY (P 5,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for SRC INFRA 2017-007 - INSTALLATION OF POWER, DISTRIBUTION LINE AND COMMUNICATION SYSTEMS. Proposals/Offers received in excess of the ABC for each item shall be automatically rejected at the opening of best and final offers/proposals.

1. In view of the two (2) failed public biddings, the Philippine Science High School – SOCCSKSARGEN REGION CAMPUS (PSHS-SRC) Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) invites interested bidders to participate in the negotiation for the INSTALLATION OF POWER, DISTRIBUTION LINE AND COMMUNICATION SYSTEMS in accordance with Section 53.1 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) No. 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Act.” Delivery of the Goods is required Ninety (90) calendar days upon receipt of the Purchase Order. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of offers/proposals, a contract similar to the project. The following are the items and its description:
