INVITATION TO BID FOR THE REHABILITATION OF ACADEMIC BUILDING I

(Early Procurement-Short of Award)

1. The PHILIPPINE SCIENCE HIGH SCHOOL – SOCCSKSARGEN REGION CAMPUS, through the NATIONAL EXPENDITURE OF CY 2021 intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION PESOS ONLY (P 2,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the REHABILITATION OF ACADEMIC BUILDING I with Contract No. SRC INFRA 2020-11-175. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The PHILIPPINE SCIENCE HIGH SCHOOL – SOCCSKSARGEN REGION CAMPUS now invites bid for the REHABILITATION OF ACADEMIC BUILDING I (Early Procurement-Short of Award). Completion of the Works is required for 90 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract SIMILAR TO THE PROJECT. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instruction to Bidders.

3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (RA 9184), otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”. 

Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, partnerships, or organizations with at least seventy-five percent (75%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines.

4. Interested bidders may obtain further information from PHILIPPINE SCIENCE HIGH SCHOOL – SOCCSKSARGEN REGION CAMPUS and inspect and purchase the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 8:00 A.M. – 5:00 P.M (Monday- Friday).
5. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested Bidders on NOVEMBER 24- DECEMBER 15, 2020 from PHILIPPINE SCIENCE HIGH SCHOOL –SOCCSKSARGEN REGION CAMPUS in its BAC OFFICE located at the Second Floor-Administration Building, PSHS- SRC, Brgy. Paraiso, City of Koronadal and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee for the Bidding Documents in the amount of Five Thousand Pesos & 00/100 (P 5,000.00)

It may also be downloaded from the website of the Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS) and the website of the Procuring Entity, provided that bidders shall pay the applicable fee for the Bidding Documents not later than the submission of their bids.

       6.The PHILIPPINE SCIENCE HIGH SCHOOL – SOCCSKSARGEN REGION CAMPUS will hold a Pre-Bid Conference on December 02, 2020 at 1:30 PM in the Round Area located at the Academic                     Building II, PSHS- SRC, Brgy. Paraiso, City of  Koronadal which shall be open to prospective bidders. 

As part of PSHS-SRC's safety protocols against COVID-19, bidder's representative/s who will attend the pre-bid conference for this project shall be required to secure a medical certificate and shall fill-out the Health Declaration Form. A scanned copy of  such  shall be emailed to the BAC secretariat before the conduct of the aforementioned activity.

INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF SECURITY SERVICES FOR CY 2021 (Early Procurement-Short of Award)

1. The Philippine Science High School SOCCSKSARGEN Region Campus, through the NATIONAL EXPENDITURE PROGRAM OF CY 2021 intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION  FIVE HUNDRED FIFTY-TWO THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED THIRTY-EIGHT AND 68/100 PESOS ONLY (P 2, 552, 638.68) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for payments under the contract of Security Services with Contract No. 2020-11-172. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The PHILIPPINE SCIENCE HIGH SCHOOL- SOCCSKSARGEN REGION CAMPUS, now invites bids for the PROCUREMENT OF SECURITY SERVICES FOR CY 2021 (Early Procurement-Short of Award) . Delivery of the Goods and Services is required from January 01 - December 31, 2021. Bidders should have completed, within THREE (3) YEARS from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.

        3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR)               of Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.

Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, partnerships, or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines, and to citizens or organizations of a country the laws or regulations of which grant similar rights or privileges to Filipino citizens, pursuant to RA 5183. 

4. Interested bidders may obtain further information from PHILIPPINE SCIENCE HIGH SCHOOL- SOCCSKSARGEN REGION CAMPUS and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 8:00AM- 5:00PM (Mondays- Fridays).

       5. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested Bidders on NOVEMBER 24- DECEMBER 15, 2020 from PHILIPPINE SCIENCE HIGH SCHOOL – SOCCSKSARGEN REGION                 CAMPUS in its BAC OFFICE located at the Second Floor-Administration Building, PSHS- SRC, Brgy. Paraiso, City of Koronadal.
