1. The PHILIPPINE SCIENCE HIGH SCHOOL – SOCCSKSARGEN REGION CAMPUS, through the General Appropriations Act of CY
2018 (R.A. 10924) intends to apply the sum of FORTY- EIGHT MILLION PESOS Only (P 48, 000,000.00) being the Approved
Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF RESEARCH HUB FOR AGRICULTURE
AND ALLIED SCIENCES with Contract No. SRC INFRA 2018-004. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically
rejected at bid opening.

DORMITORY BUILDING IV with Contract No. SRC INFRA 2018-006. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically
rejected at bid opening.
