The Philippine Science High School - SOCCSKSARGEN Region Campus is now accepting formal business proposal to all interested canteen concessionaire for SY 2018-2019 that will be housed at PSHS-SRC Student Learning & Activity Center - Canteen.

The Canteen shall be operated and maintained by five (5) concessionaire for the following services:

• Three (3) concessionaires for meals
• Two (2) concessionaires for snacks

Last day of Acceptance of Business Proposals will be on October 15, 2018 (12:00 NN) to be submitted at Records Office, Room 101 located at Ground Floor, Administration Building, PSHS-SRC.

Interested parties are requested to submit a formal intent and business proposal addressed to the Campus Director

Schedules:

October 3, 2018    Deadline for Submission of Canteen Concessionaire Reply Slip

October 5, 2018    Committee meeting with the Canteen Concessionaires and Site Visit (9:00 AM - 12:00 NN)

October 15, 2018  Submission of proposal, letter of intent including all the basic qualification requirements (see Part 1 of Reply Slip)

October 17, 2018  Conduct of Site Visit and food tasting of all short listed applicant - Canteen Concessionaires

October 18, 2018  Announcement of top 3 Applicant for meals and top 2 for snacks

October 22, 2018  Signing of Contract for the new Canteen Concessionaires

November 2, 2018 Start operation for new Canteen Concessionaires

1.The PHILIPPINE SCIENCE HIGH SCHOOL – SOCCSKSARGEN REGION CAMPUS, through the General Appropriations Act of CY
2018 (R.A. 10964) intends to apply the sum of THIRTY- EIGHT MILLION FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS Only
(P 38, 500,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF
DORMITORY BUILDING IV - RE-BIDDING with Contract No. SRC INFRA 2018-006. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be
automatically rejected at bid opening.
