1. The Philippine Science High School SOCCSKSARGEN Region Campus, through the General
Appropriations Act of FY 2019 (RA 11260), intends to apply the sum of SEVEN HUNDRED TEN
THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (P 710, 000.00) being the Approved Budget (ABC) for the
PROCUREMENT OF TECHNICAL AND SCIENTIFIC EQUIPMENT FOR FY 2019 LOT 2
– RE-BIDDING with Contract No. SRC GOODS 2019-05-083. Bids received in excess of the ABC
for the item shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The PHILIPPINE SCIENCE HIGH SCHOOL- SOCCSKSARGEN REGION CAMPUS, now invites
bids for the PROCUREMENT OF TECHNICAL AND SCIENTIFIC EQUIPMENT FOR FY
2019 LOT 2 – RE-BIDDING. Delivery of the Goods is required Sixty (60) calendar days upon the
receipt of the Purchase Order. Bidders should have completed, within THREE (3) YEARS from the
date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible
bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.

Expenditure Program of CY 2019 intends to apply the sum of EIGHT HUNDRED THIRTY-ONE
THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED PESOS ONLY (P 831,500.00) being the Approved Budget for the
Contract (ABC) for payments under the contract for the purchase of PEHM INSTRUCTIONAL
MATERIALS with Contract No. 2019-04-063. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each item
shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
