INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF JANITORIAL SERVICES AND OTHER GENERAL SERVICES FOR FY 2022 (Early Procurement-Short of Award)
1. The Philippine Science High School SOCCSKSARGEN Region Campus, through the NATIONAL EXPENDITURE PROGRAM OF CY 2022 intends to apply the sum of FOUR MILLION SIX HUNDRED SEVENTY-SEVEN THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED FOURTEEN AND 16/100 PESOS ONLY (Php 4,677,614.16) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for payments under the contract no. 2021-09-160. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each item shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The PHILIPPINE SCIENCE HIGH SCHOOL- SOCCSKSARGEN REGION CAMPUS, now invites bids for the PROCUREMENT OF JANITORIAL SERVICES AND OTHER GENERAL SERVICES FOR FY 2022 (Early Procurement-Shortof Award). Delivery of the Goods and Services is required from January 01 - December31,2022.Biddersshould have completed, within THREE (3) YEARS from the date of submissionand receipt of bids, a contract similar to the project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.
