The award was given last February 9, 2023 during the 25th PSHSS Foundation Anniversary Celebration at the Philippine International Convention Center (PICC).

Congratulations to the following students for winning in the Philippine National Chemistry Olympiad - Regional Eliminations last February 4, 2023:

1st Place: Gelraycs Jules Fornan
2nd Place: Paula Coleene Salvatierra
5th Place: Sarah Jasmine Cerbo
Coach: Chemistry-Research Unit

They will represent SOCCSKSARGEN in the national finals of the 22nd PNCO 2023. The International Chemistry Olympiad 2023 will be held in Switzerland on July 16-25, 2023. The winners of the national finals will represent the Philippines in IChO 2023.

The PNCO is organized by Philippine Federation of Chemistry Societies (PFCS) in partnership with Integrated Chemists of the Philippines (ICP) and ICP-Region 12 (ICP-SOX).
