Invitation to Bid for Procurement Of Information And Communications Technology (ICT) Equipment 2017 – Re-Bidding

1. The Philippine Science High School SOCCSKSARGEN Region Campus, through the General Appropriations Act of FY 2017 (RA 10924) intends to apply the amount of Three Million One Hundred Seventeen Thousand &00/100 (PhP 3,117,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for SRC GOODS 2017-073. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each item shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 

2. The Philippine Science High School SOCCKSARGEN Region Campus now invites bids for procurement of desktop computers, laptops, large format displays to be used as office equipment and for instructional materials in the classroom. The award of this project is in per line item basis. Delivery of the Goods is required ninety (45) calendar days upon receipt of the Purchase Order. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders. The following are the items and its description:

1. The PHILIPPINE SCIENCE HIGH SCHOOL – SOCCSKSARGEN REGION CAMPUS, through the General Appropriations Act of CY 2017 (R.A. 10924) intends to apply the sum of TWENTY MILLION ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS Only (P 20,100,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF CANTEEN AND STUDENT ACTIVITY CENTER with Contract No. SRC INFRA 2017-006. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
