18-day Campaign to end VAW
PSHS-SRC renewed its commitment to end violence against women and children as it celebrated the 18-Day Campaign to End Violence Against Women and Children. Part of the celebration are film viewing relevant to VAWC of scholars and personnel, Orange Corner and Snack Bar to display infographics detailing VAW related cases and legislations and seminars and lectures on the basics and fundamentals of VAW and the ending of these criminal act.
Renewed commitment of each personnel was also inaugurated thru “Oranging of Hands”, imprinting of hands as a sign of commitment to the Advocacy to end VAW.
GAD is color Orange
This year’s GAD culmination has been colored Orange!
Having the spectrum of colors, including every individual in the empowerment of genders and being able to provide fun activities and refreshment for all. This year’s PSHS-SRC’s GAD celebration have provided snacks and refreshments thru Orange Snack Bar where everything’s orange from native foods to orange drinks.
Orange is now the color of celebrating women and their contribution to the society and pursuing a gender-sensitive and gender-inclusive community towards everyone being happy.
